A Quickie!

Yeah I knew that would get your attention. You dirty minded people. That seems to be the ones I attract. Lol!  I'm under the weather. My turn for the bug or something. Haven't gone to the gym in the last few days. Last time I went I hurt myself pretty good by upping my walk to 20 minutes. I'm going to have to stick to riding the Stationary bike for  a while I guess.

Don't forget to do the stationary bike.

well i read it and came here, so i guess i'm one of the guilty parties! lol

hey riding the exercise bike is fine, no need to push walking, any movement is good is what i think, and it's a really good thing if walking hurts, and biking doesn't, you know?

feel better, try not to whine too much while feeling sick LOL

Feel better soon, yah I like the bike too. It will be a while before I can get back into excersise mode though. One good thing I guess is that my appetite isn't fully back so I'm not just sitting around eating. Oh well, get better and keep moving. Luv ya, Sandy

Be careful during a quickie riding on the exercise bike . . . it can really get ugly and hurrrrrt.
