Justa Little Lie

That's right. I lied. I said I was going to write a little about trucking today but I'm not so there. Today I went to my massage therapy for my knee. It seems to be helping some, but as days go buy I'm realizing that I'm always going to have a limp and be limited to how far I can walk and what I can do. The rest of the day I was checking out some interesting blogs and making some tweaks on this blog. I've been spending way to much time on the computer I need to cut down to 12 hrs lol. Got to get back to the gym. I haven't been motivated to go since I stopped physical therapy weeks ago. I would like to let you know I am a licensed let the dog outerrrrr. At least my dog thinks I am.
